"Especially under long-term high-load working conditions, the stability has been significantly enhanced," the maintenance supervisor said. The equipment failure rate has been reduced to less than 0.5%. The enterprise has established a digital twin processing model, covering the parameters of the entire series of rod heads with a diameter range of φ20-φ150mm. The technical team revealed that they are developing an AI-based visual inspection system, which will be able to achieve real-time early warning of processing defects in the future. "This will promote the intelligent transformation of CNC boring of the rod head of the hydraulic cylinder for agricultural machinery." With the industrial application of this technology, the self-sufficiency rate of core components of high-end agricultural machinery in China is expected to exceed 75%, providing key technical support for the development of precision agricultural equipment.
